The Phlebiac are a group of five demons, the most notable being the Violator, who are each "true denizens of Hell" and servants of Malebolgia. They are able to shape-shift, and are very strong and powerful in various manners. Each of the five have their own diabolical traits and look different than each other, though all share similar traits, such as horns and talons.

Members

• Violator, also known as "The Clown", is the eldest of the brothers. He is put on the earth to train Spawn, but hates his role in it, considering himself better than any Hellspawn, which is often not the case.
• Vindicator, tasked to test newly arrived souls for the eight circles of Hell.
• Vandalizer, the most dominant of the brothers, he often takes a leadership role amongst the group.
• Vaporizer, the largest of the brothers.
• Vacillator, the smallest and weakest of the brothers.

Miscellaneous Characters

• Phleboton Spirit of the Upper Ayres, the father of the Phlebiac brothers who would eventually be murdered by the Violator.
• Dakota, the daughter of Violator who debuted in Gunslinger Spawn #3.
• Viscerator, the sister of Violator.
• Bodybreaker, a Phlebiac that appears in Shadows of Spawn Vol.2. He joins up with Caleb to attack Zombie Spawn. Bears a strong resemblance to Violator.
