A senator from New York and father of Amanda Jennings. This particular senator has had a lot of media coverage due to his extra-marital affair with Marla Fleet – which ultimately cost him the re-election. To make matters worse, his daughter was murdered by deranged child-killer Billy Kincaid. After his daughter’s death, his now ex-wife was devastated, so he hired Al Simmons to assassinate Billy Kincaid. Unfortunately the situation did not go according to plan, as the NYPD got to Kincaid before Simmons could.
