K3-Myrlu necro-plasm suit
Myrlu of the 3rd House of K - commonly referred to as K3-Myrlu - is a symbiotic necroplasmic suit worn by child murderer Billy Kincaid upon his death at the hands of Al Simmons and subsequent transformation into a Hellspawn himself. She is first introduced in Spawn Issue #8 and is seen attaching herself to Kincaid during his “tour” of Hell.
