Biography
A member of the KKK introduced in Spawn Issue #30. He, along with Peter are instructed to retrieve the corpse of linched Spawn in the morning. When they come back in the morning, Spawn is there waiting, and brutally beats them. Johnny is one of the klansmen that appear in court against Brad Armstrong - and being precided by Judge Zachery Missen.
