Jackson "Everett" Blake is the husband of Grandma Blake, He is the grandfather of Wanda Blake. His existence is revealed in Spawn #76
History[]
His early childhood is not revealed, but in a flash back it is shown how he met Rosemary Blake.
He first saw Rosemary in a diner where she was working, and used to refer her as 'ma'am'. Soon after some time they both fell in love. he soon left to join the Tuskegee Airmen. She selfishly didn't want him to go and was afraid to lose him. The night before he left, their squadron had a big dance. In that dance he proposed to Rosemary, and got engaged. He told her that if they had to get married there was no way he couldn't come back.
While in the war he had sent her many letters, in which Rosemary Blake has had them all memorized, and knows them to this day.
Soon, Jack returned safely from the war. He began working to receive his law degree. He continued his fighting and began taking tough cases no one else would. Against the Mafia, the Government etc.
But on one faithful day, he went out to start the car and it exploded due to a bomb sabotage.
