The husband of Karen Horne and the neighbor of Wanda Blake. He is first seen in Spawn issue #23 and is revealed to be an illegal immigrant. Despite his friendship with Wanda, the Mafia made certain he wouldn’t ‘squeal’ after the incident where Terry was accused of the murder of two FBI agents on his front lawn.
