East-West Atomic Warfare, Science and Applications Conference

This 3 day conference is being held at New York’s Columbia University in Spawn issues #19 and #20. The conference is a move toward peace and a chance for the former Soviet Bloc Nations to discuss atomic matters with the United States. Ukrainian scientist Yousef Volokhov was invited to make a speech on day 3 on the “Demonstration of an Atomic Detonator” however ended up attempting to hold the country ransom for the amount of $1.5 billion. The conference ended with people fleeing the University, however thanks to Houdini and Spawn, nobody was hurt and the suspects were apprehended by the NYPD.
