  • Sherlock - A homeless man who lives in the Bowery's in New York City. He is only mentioned briefly in Spawn issue #9, and when the cops interrogated him about the Spawn sightings, his only response was a crude belch.
  • Tricky Dick - A homeless man who lives alongside Spawn in the Bowery's of New York City, mentioned in Spawn issue #9. He along with some of the other homeless members of the alleyways were interrogated by cops who were looking for the "caped menace." After the cops give him a dollar, he says that he "has" seen the caped suspect...flying over the city every morning in a giant pink Cadillac with a big green gorilla.

  • Bill - A member of the KKK introduced in Spawn issue #30. He is one of the klansmen that carry off and linch Judge Zachery Missen, thinking that he was actually a black man.
  • Gary - A member of the KKK introduced in Spawn issue #30. He is one of the klansmen that carry off and lynch Judge Zachery Missen, thinking that he was actually a black man.

  • Marla Fleet - A character mentioned in issue #5. A former Miss Universe winner, Marla Fleet got a lot of media attention after having a public affair with Senator Paul Jennings.
  • Martin Alexander - A character mentioned in Spawn issue #1 by the news anchor from Channel 7 News. He was Wanda Blake's best friend in High School and was the one who introduced Al Simmons to her at the Republican Convention in 1984.
  • Maryanne - An acquaintance of Wanda's who is first mentioned in Spawn issue #21. It is stated that she will be heading over to watch Cyan while Wanda and Terry head out on a dinner date.
  • Mike - A character mentioned in Spawn issue #10. When Spawn is being shown around the alternate realm by Cerebus, he calls Al Simmons' home phone. He is seen to want to meet up with Cerebus after the Leaf game.
  • Mr. Nunoz - The owner of a restaurant in New York City. His name is only mentioned once in Spawn issue #15, but it is revealed that it is a 'hot-spot' for the homeless to raid in search of food scraps. The alleyway behind the restaurant is the setting for one of Spawn's "non-power using" battles with an angry brute.
