Buffy is a member of The Creeps that is killed at the beginning of Spawn issue #11. She is seen running away from Boomer who blasts a Fifty-Millimetre Tsunami round right through her back – blowing a hole the size of a football in her torso. When Bobby and Boots attempt to carry her corpse out of the alley The Creeps show up, and James is distraught at seeing his dead gang-member. This only escalates the stakes, and eventually leads to the all-out war between the Nerds and the Creeps.
