Brimstone (ブリムストーン, Brimstone^?) is a Hellspawn that appears in the arcade game, Spawn: In the Demon's Hand.

Not much is known about Brimstone other than that he was once a human who died and was became a Hellspawn thanks to Malebolgia. He wields a flame sword with blades on each end of the handle, he can shoot fireballs and can transform into a larger, bulkier version of himself. There's another version of this bulkier form, called "Black Brimstone", which is the same visually except his flames are coloured black. Black Brimstone is substantially much more powerful than his other two forms, boasting much higher defence and attack power.

It is hinted that he and Grace once knew each other, but the exact details are unknown.
