Antonio "Tony Twist" Twistelli is a New York Mafia boss in New York City.
History[]
Tony was born and raised in Villalba, Sicily as was the youngest son of a poor family of farmers. Despite this, he ascended in the clergy due to family connections. However, Antonio was more ambitious, and his thirst for money and power led him to join gangs in Sicily. He soon gained a reputation for violence and intelligence. This caught the attention of the Sicilian Mafia head, and he had Antonio sent to America at age 18 under the name Tony Twist to continue criminal activities in another country.
Over time, Tony became the powerful crime lord of New York, earning the loyalty of hundreds of men, including Jason Wynn, whose connections were used to cover his empire's tracks.
