History[]
Andy Frank is a young boy from Alabama who is first introduced in Angela #3, and reprises his role in Spawn #29. After Spawn's battle in Heaven and in Hell, he is severely weakened, and Andy does his best to help. Andy's father, Joe Frank, beats him often, as shown by the scars on the rear in Spawn #29, but he has his older brother, Eddie Frank, to stick up for him.
