The 5th Sphere is the fifth Sphere of Hell. Although never fully seen, this Sphere is mentioned in Spawn issue #8. This Sphere is home to the Cthugan Metabuse and Meta-Squid. The glimpse we get suggests it is very akin to outer-space, with planets and stars.
